13. Acções Próprias

Ao abrigo do Artigo 66º do Código das Sociedades Comer-ciais, informamos que durante o exercício de 2012 a Socie-dade não efectuou operações com acções próprias, sendo a posição a 31 de Dezembro a seguinte:

Em 31 de Dezembro de 2012, a Sociedade detém directa e indirectamente 145.385 acções próprias, correspondentes a 1,21% do capital social e direitos de voto.

 

13. Treasury Shares

Under Article 66 of the Commercial Companies Code, we inform you that during 2012, the Company did not carry out transactions with treasury shares, the position as at December 31 being as follows:

As at December 31, 2012, the Company directly and indirectly holds 145,385 shares, corresponding to 1.21% of the equity capital and voting rights.
