Outros Investimentos

O ano 2012 deu, assim, continuidade ao processo de con-solidação do plano de transformação e evolução do Grupo, preparando a sociedade para, de forma mais efciente e fe-xível, crescer num ambiente cada vez mais competitivo em todas as áreas de investimento.

Neste contexto, os restantes investimentos referem-se às áreas de Investimentos Financeiros Não Estratégicos, Outros Investimentos Financeiros, Depósitos e Outros Activos.

Em 2012 foi constituída a sociedade Orey Holding Malta, cujo objectivo principal será aglutinar os Activos Financeiros da So-ciedade, e gerir estrategicamente este tipo de Investimentos.

Other Investments

The year under review was therefore one of continuity of the plan to transform and develop the Group, preparing the Company to grow more effciently and fexibly in an increasingly competitive environment in every investment area.

In this connection, the remaining investments refer to the Non-Strategic Financial Investments, Other Financial Investments, Deposits and Other Assets areas.

During 2012 the frm Orey Holding Malta was set up, whose main objective will be to bring together the Company’s Financial Assets and to strategically manage this type of investment.
