Juntou-se à Tyzach & Partners, uma frma inglesa especiali-zada em investimentos e serviços fnanceiros e subsequen-temente trabalhou para a Whitney Group que adquiriu a Tyzach & Partners em 1999.

Como Director, tornou-se responsável pelas áreas de investi-mento e mercado de capitais fora dos Estados Unidos.

1968-1970

Em 1960 ingressou na Hill Samuel antes de fazer parte da equipa fundadora de um novo consórcio, o London Multi-national Bank. Quando o controlo do Banco foi assumido por um dos accionistas, o Chemical Bank, sendo renomeado Chemical Bank International, assumiu a responsabilidade do syndication business do Chemical Bank numa base mundial.

1966

Começou a sua carreira no Citibank, trabalhando em Londres e Nova Iorque.

Mestre em Classic and Philosophy pela Universidade de Oxford.

Em 31 de Dezembro de 2012 não detém directamente acções da Sociedade, detendo indirectamente 219.786 acções da mesma, no seu conjunto representativas de 1,83% (um vír-gula oitenta e três por cento) dos direitos de voto.

Investiu na holding privada Invespri, SGPS, S.A. a fm de ampliar os investimentos próprios. Como CEO da holding é presidente do Conselho de Administração de todas as em-presas subsidiárias (nomeadamente nas áreas de: Negócios Imobiliários, Low Cost Housing Solutions, Centro Residencial para Crianças Defcientes, restaurantes de fast food, saúde e entrega em habitações e escritórios), estando envolvido em todos os aspectos da gestão estratégica.

Comprou uma pequena empresa em Sevilha (Espanha) no mesmo negócio, com o nome de Acquajet a qual deu origem à SEMAE. A liderança ibérica foi alcançada em 2005 com a aquisição da Jet Cooler, S.A. em Portugal, mantendo a marca Fonte Viva.

1996

Iniciou em Portugal um negócio de entrega em escritórios e habitações com a fundação da empresa Bebágua. Sendo líder em Portugal, vendeu a empresa para a Watsons Waters (Grupo Nestlé).

Começou a vida profssional no ramo dos cuidados com os animais, com a fundação da MJM.

Licenciado em Gestão de Marketing pelo IPAM e pós-gradua-do em Gestão pela Universidade de East London.

Em 31 de Dezembro de 2012 detém indirectamente 213.251 acções da Sociedade representativas de 1,78% (um vírgula setenta e oito por cento) dos direitos de voto.

Joined Tyzach & Partners, and English frm specialised in investments and fnancial services, and subsequently worked for the Whitney Group which acquired Tyzach & Partners in 1999.

As manager, he came to be the head of the investment and capital markets areas outside the United States.

1968-70

In 1960 he joined Hill Samuel before becoming a part of the founder team of a new consortium, the London Multinational Bank. When the control of the bank was taken over by one of the equityholders, Chemical Bank, and its name changed to Chemical Bank International, he took over responsibility for the syndication business of the Chemical Bank worldwide.

He began his career with Citibank having worked in London and New York.

Master’s in Classics and Philosophy taken at the University of Oxford.

As at December 31, 2012 hold no shares directly in the Company directly, indirectly holding 219,786 shares, together representing 1.83% (one point eighty-three per cent) of the voting rights.

Invested in the private holding company Invespri SGPS, SA, in order to enlarge his own investments. As CEO of the holding company he chairs the Board of Directors of all the subsidiary companies (notably in the areas of: Real-estate business, Low-cost Housing Solutions, Residential Centre for Disables Children, fast-food restaurants, health and deliveries to homes and offces. He is involved in every aspect of strategic management.

2000

Bought a small company in Seville (Spain) in the same business line named Acquajet, which gave rise to SEMAE. Iberian leadership was achieved in 2005 with the acquisition of Jet Cooler SA in Portugal, maintaining the Fonte Viva brand.

1996

Started up a delivery to offces and homes business, having set up a company called Bebágua. It came the leader in Portugal and he sold it to Watson Waters (Nestlé Group).

He began his professional career in animal care with the foundation of MJM.

Degree in Marketing Management taken at IPAM and post-graduate in Management at the University of east London.

As at December 31, 2012, indirectly holds 213,251 shares of the Company representing 1.78% (one point seventy-eight per cent) of the voting rights.
