A rubrica “Outros” é composta essencialmente por gastos com investimentos não fnanceiros no valor de 834.734 Eu-ros.

Em 31 de Dezembro de 2012 e 31 de Dezembro de 2011, esta rubrica tem a seguinte composição:

A rubrica de “Outros” incluída em “Gastos e Perdas Finan-ceiros” respeita essencialmente à assunção de um custo inerente a um acordo de partilha de custos fnanceiros com a emissão das obrigações da subsidiária Orey Transports and Logistics International BV, no âmbito do contrato “set-tlement agreement” assinado em 23 de Dezembro de 2011.

“Other” consists mainly of costs of non-fnancial investments in the sum of €834,734.

34. Financial results

The breakdown of this heading as at December 31, 2012 & 2011, is as follows:

“Other” included under “Financial Costs & Losses” mainly relates to a cost inherent in a sharing agreement of the fnancial costs incurred with the bond issue by subsidiary Orey Transports and Logistics International BV, under the settlement agreement signed on December 23, 2011.
